Client Reporting and Rates
Communication is not only key in collecting delinquent accounts, but it is also an
integral part of our relationship with our clients. To keep you informed and
updated regarding your assigned accounts, you will receive the following reports
on a monthly basis:
- A Client Trust Statement, listing individual payments from each debtor and a
summary of collection fees and remittance check.
- A Debtor Status Report, which will give insight into each account enabling
you to review our progress and estimate the probability of collection.
- A Closed And Return Report, which will list accounts that have been paid or
settled in full or accounts that are deemed uncollectable. Each account will state
a specific reason why it is being returned.
- A New Accounts Acknowledgement Report, is sent every time a client refers accounts.
This enables the client to check the accuracy of balances due, co-makers, collateral etc.
Of course we have the capability to customize any report requested by our client or develop
reports with specific client requested information. Again, communication is essential in all
of our client relationships.
No Collection, No fee! We only take a fee if we collect. What better incentive is there for
us to collect your accounts!
Scorpio Asset Management does not have a set fees for our services. We believe in treating
each client as an individual, as there are numerous compensating factors that are considered
when we evaluate your business to assign a fair fee.
